We get it, what you buy is your business. At Sei Mio, your privacy is a top priority. Every order, no matter the destination, is packaged discreetly and securely to ensure your parcel remains your secret.
There’s no branding, no product description on the label, just a plain, no-nonsense package delivered straight to you. And yes, we make sure any vibrating items are turned off before they’re packed.
Shipping Info
We work hard to get your order out the door quickly. If you place your order before 3pm (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays), we’ll usually dispatch it the same day. Anything ordered after 3pm or over the weekend will be sent on the next working day.

You can choose from a range of delivery services at checkout. We use Royal Mail or Interlink Express, depending on the shipping method you pick.

Shipping to Europe
We ship across Europe using Royal Mail services. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of your order, and your delivery fee will be shown at checkout before payment is taken.
International Shipping
For global orders, we use Interlink Express. Like European deliveries, shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your parcel, and the total will be displayed at checkout before you pay.
Overseas Orders & CustomsIf you’re ordering from outside the UK, please note that your delivery may be subject to extra charges such as customs duties, local taxes, or clearance fees. The amount will differ depending on your country’s regulations and the total value of your order. These charges are not included in our prices and must be covered by the customer.
